Thought it's difficult to tell from this photo, Ren is missing two more teeth - which makes a total of four pulled by the dentist. Apparently, the tooth fairy takes pity on children whose teeth are yanked out against their will and pays twice as much per tooth! (If they are your child's first teeth and he/she has been deprived of the monumental experience of losing them on their own, she pays out even more! Ren was sure to point this out when he faced his first fairy encounter.)Too, here's a great Adventures in Odyssey recording for today's holiday called, "The Day Independence Came" (just click on the title to listen). Most Adventures in Odyssey programs are recommended for kids ages 8 and up.
