okay, so here's my new favorite.

I've been busily preparing for tonight's crop and haven't really had a chance to reflect meaningfully on life. Thus, the short and sweet posts.

I have made a recent food discovery that I thought worth sharing. (I may not have time to reflect meaningfully on life, but there's ALWAYS time for food.) Costco was sampling gourmet butter this afternoon and we picked up three little tubs for less than nine dollars: Italian Herb with Garlic Butter, Raspberry Butter, and Cinnamon Honey Butter. The sweet butters are for muffins, pancakes, and scones - the others would work well on baked potatoes, pasta, or even corn-on-the-cob.

(Or you could just do the old-fashioned thing and smother a piece of bread with the stuff, which is exactly what we did.)

They are so yummy AND available for online purchase as well (albeit a bit more costly than a warehouse club chain). The website is Creekside Creamery and you can get to it by clicking HERE. Oh, and a picture to drool over:
