not quite sure about the whole *jumping* thing

If I'm taking your picture, you can pretty much count on a jumping shot. It was their first time (above) and despite the young age, their form was spot on!

They were onto me from the start and my usual tricks for getting kids to interact with the camera didn't work!

The shot after this is where my camera hit a snag... I accidentally hit a button that messed up my ability to focus on anything other than the upper center part of the frame. (Not my focal point of choice.)

Shoot and learn, shoot and learn. Thanks again Tracy for sharing your lovely little ones!

Very cute! I like the running one. FYI - Bubbles always worked really well for my children.

We DID the bubbles but they kept their faces on mom who was blowing the bubbles!

Oh yes I remember...you have to maneuver so she is behind/to the side of you and then let the bubbles pop somewhere on you by your face/camera...it's tricky dance...

I did come up with some awesome ideas (TODAY, this would have really helped YESTERDAY) for having them look at me.

1. Use a battery-operated bubble gun that I operate.
2. Use simple instruments/noise makers to catch their attention. Buzzers, bells, razzy sounding things.
3. Improve my prop selection.

I'll have to see if Tracy's up for another round...
