It's been an eventful 24-hours. Crazy, keep you on your toes 24-hours.

First, there was the retaliatory Seven Layer Bar Incident. Followed by the Stolen Plate Incident. Then there was the whole surprise baby shower.

During this same weekend last year, our friend Tara was waiting for her adopted daughter to arrive from Guatemala (it had been a very long wait). After cropping alongside Tara for several years, I knew how anxious she was to become a mother; the waiting had to be extremely difficult. Thankfully, her daughter arrived in July... followed shortly thereafter by the glorious news of PREGNANCY.

Yes, Tara was pregnant!

She gave birth to her son earlier this year so needless to say: A PARTY WAS IN ORDER! We decided to surprise her, knowing full well she would resist being the center of attention. Several of us plotted and schemed, working out all of the important details. For example, I was in charge of the Poopie Diaper Game.

It was so much fun watching the gals sniff and poke! Eeeeeeeew!!!
