a fun little thing turned hint**hint**hint**

(A bloggy "word cloud" from Wordle. Click HERE to create your own.) Our next Faithbooking Crop will be on Saturday, April 11th from 9:00 am-4:00 pm (or until 9:00 pm, if you choose!) at Hosanna Lutheran Church in Lakeville. The crops are FREE and include snacks, beverages, and make-and-take supplies. Feel free to work the crop around your schedule, just let me know if you plan to attend and I'll be sure to have a spot ready for you.

i hosted a weekend scrapbooking retreat and all i got was this measley shot

What was I thinking? (Obviously, I wasn't.) My mind was at home with our sick child; the hubby was in Texas and Grandma Lita took care of the little guy until his return. (Ren missed THREE days of school. Not cool.)

I couldn't even manage to track the quotes this time. (Sorry ladies.) It was a rather adventurous weekend with talk of a new kind of scratch-and-sniff card (you'll need to ask Crystal about this one) and Tara even stayed up until MIDNIGHT - not once, but TWICE!

I tell you... A D V E N T U R O U S.

Got the scoop an all sort of new scrapbooking toys and gadgetry, in addition to a lead on some fancy cupcakes. (I'll be sharing all right here, so stay tuned.) Too, Crystal and Kelli gifted me with one of their beautiful bracelets:

You can purchase your own HERE (100% of the proceeds will be donated to the Cancer 3-Day Walk).

I'm outta time. Be sure to stop by Angie's blog sometime in the next day or so... tomorrow would have been her daughter's first birthday. Too, I'm not sure what to tell you about the faithbooking crop hint. Tomorrow, perhaps? Have a great evening!

perhaps i'd better scrapbook...

I am at a scrapbooking retreat, after all. Been scrambling to finish up some important images for a family and finally completed the gallery last night. It's been a little stressful. Top that off with a sick 8-year old and you have the makings for a not-so-fun weekend.

But it is only Saturday - there's still time. That is, if I get off of the computer and engage in all of the fun.

I'm off to create. Hope to peek in a little later!

i really wanted to post some audio with this

But I left the Flip at home.

Grrrr.

The boy didn't believe me when I told him about the bedtime commotion (a.k.a. obstructive sleep apnea). So I taped it. Here's what he said after listening to the tape:

"It sounds like I woke up."

Yeah, like 10-billion times.
